标题: 请教各位厨中高手:三文鱼的做法
目前为止只是在烤箱里烤着吃,佐料也是西人的方子,酸酸的没有多大吃头,总觉得应该有更好的办法,还请各位不吝赐教,谢谢!:rolleyes:

但是一定要把皮扒了,要不然很腥的。
做法和别的红烧鱼一样,我一般煎一下,然后放葱姜料酒生抽老抽各一半还有糖和少量的开水,最后起锅的时候放点儿醋、蒜、香菜~~~~

今天也有朋友推荐红烧,但没有说要扒皮,这个信息很重要,挺贵的东东弄得满锅腥可就大煞风景了!生吃也听说过,不过三文鱼分深海和浅海两种,烤着味道都一样,就不知生吃是否都合适? :rolleyes:

三文鱼去皮,切薄片,放在用保鲜膜包好的冰块上,放入冰箱冰一会,就可。要粘荠末吃。

First of all, I must say that I am not good at cooking at all.

But I tried cooking samon like this and the fish tasted good:

0.get rid of the fish skin.
1.cut the fish into pieces of 8-10cm of length.
2.dress the fish with salt, pepper, wine, any spicies you like and leave it for 30 minutes in fridge.
3.fry the fish with butter and onion. Add some sweet wine during the frying. Add some veges (I like green/red/yellow pepper, eggplant and potato best) .
4.do not fry too much. It is enough both sides of the fish got a little golden brown.

only atlantic salmon can eat as raw. others you can fry to  rare or medium than dip korean sauce or salad dressings.
