标题: 向过来人请教---从美国过境landing
我想问一下如果没有美国签证，可不可以从montreal到加美边境langding, 因为我听说如果没有美国签证，就不能从美国边境landing, 是真的吗，

如果可以，那具体在哪个地方landing，

如果不行，能不能回国，然后从国内再入加拿大landing

You can land at any borders between the US and Canada. No problem at all! Good luck! You don't need a US visa for landing as long as you have legal status in the US and return to the US within 30 days.

不过你所指的legal status in the US 是什么呀，可我没有美国(旅游)签证，我有的只是加拿大的移民身份
