第一个图里那个绿色的跟芹菜一样的是啥？空心的么？

This vegetable is call okra which is good for soup or boil. It has hairs outside and mucus inside with beans. I found them in Jean Talon Market.

超市里老看见这个东东，可就是不知道叫什么名（中文）？怎么吃？有什么功效？MSANDRA能否给解释一下？:confused:

Actually, I saw them in Marche Jean Talon on Tuesday and was still exploring them.
