在这个网站上看到过一个贴子，是有个在鞋厂工作的中国人，手指轧伤了，后来找的劳工委员会，索赔到一些钱，你查查看，这种事肯定是找劳工委员会

也许是我孤陋寡闻，至今我没听过哪个打工受过不公正待遇时通过政府投诉解决的，也没听说过哪个加入了工会，纸上谈兵对我们并没有什么用，更多的人是死要面子硬撑着在吃哑巴亏，让人感到安慰的是，至少这张贴子上没人嘲笑别人的不幸。
大家是否可以凑点钱，上班的每人拿出一天工资，有五六个人就可替我们同胞讨回这个公道，也为我们每个人自己，这种事情谁都可能会遇到，至少为我们大家以后提供参照方法。

我想CLSC，ville montreal，华人服务中心这些地方一定能找到相关信息。
中文报纸上有些华人律师，可以联系一下，但一定要谈好以赔偿额的百分比付律师费，对那种一小时200-300的律师费的，想都别想，直接废掉。

学过一点魁北克的劳工法, 发生这样的事是要先找一下csst. 但这是要那个工头在你返岗工作后一定时间内填Employer's Notice and Reimbursement Claim 表,你本人/工头及老板或其代表人签字送交CSST,以确保你仍可拿到返岗前的工资.另外你本人也要填一份表格交CSST,不知你有没有保险什么的,很多情况都不了解,不好十份肯定的告知你什么.最好与前面的人提供的CSST联系.
异国他乡生活本已不易,遇到这样的事更感无助,大家多出出主意,伸出援手吧. 中国人要互助.

报道我看了，明白了不少事情，谢谢！不过，感觉我跟那位网友有些不同：他是擅自维修机器，而我是正常工作；再有就是我不只为了赔 偿，更想通过这件事情表达我们中国人的愤怒，给厂里那些头头个教训，让他们也承担责任，如果只是ｃｓｓｔ赔偿我的话，那岂不是便宜那个该死的工头了！所以 在ｃｓｓｔ的基础上，我想能否找个法律途径，让他们得到应有的报应。

in north america, there is a kind of lawer called personel injury lawyer. they charge only based on what you get.
try to find one, they will bargain for you. it depends on how rich your company is. if you are working for a big company, many lawyer are willing to get your case.

I think this Hangtian host should tell your generous Chinese friends that you are getting 90% of your salary from CSST. Your employer paid you first 2 weeks of salary and CSST is responsible for the salary 2 weeks after accident. When you are getting CSST compensation, it is clear that you are accepted by CSST. It doesn't matter how it happened, as long as it happened in the work place, CSST will pay for it.
I am very sympatic to your accident, but I really don't understand why you pretend to be helpless victim. When i just read your thread, i like to call you and help you (), but in your last reply, you thank for people' generosity, but you don't need people's donation since you are getting compensation from CSST. There are so many unknown people who provide you with so much info and ideas. You should simply tell people that you are accepted by CSST and getting compensation, so people here just move on and don't need to waste time to post thread and give you information. I find you are very disgusting and selfish. There is no respect for guys here.

这不是谈论楼主英语好不好的时候.我想不明白英语不好有什么可悲的. 也许某些人身上有更让人觉得可悲的东西,自己有没有看到? 好好看看吧:p

说实话，我已经对华人律师彻底失望了，某知名律师（据说经常在华人服务中心 华协会讲课）明着说：＂没钱你就别打这种官司＂，而且张嘴就是１５０刀／小时，象我这样的案子没油水他们没兴趣，有兴趣的是移民案子．哎！没钱？没钱就没的谈，任其自然发展吧，谢谢你的关注！

呵呵.......，我想上午回的帖子是有点激动，也许我该冷静点。
早上醒来兴冲冲的打开计算机，原本以为会看到有效的方法建议，没想到却是一盆冷水，而且是带着冰渣的刺骨的冷水，感觉真的比当初手上的烫伤还痛，于是情绪失控了，愤怒了.......
注定是２种声音，那就接受，当作是鞭策吧，沧海桑田，风云变幻，总会改变的。
过去了，笑笑就没什么了。
