1, There are hundreds of universities in Canada that can offer the major you want.

2, If you are a Quebec resident, you can apply for Loan & Bursay. This is not something difficult or easy. Everyone qualifies.

对不起 我当然知道 有很多学校有这样的专业了 我也知道人人都可以申请，但是 我不知道申请容易吗？ 也就是需要什末条件？ 要学士学位吗？ 要很好的大学成绩吗？要和导师联系吗？本科的成绩和申请的奖学金数目有关系吗？ 谢谢您的耐心回答，毕竟我还不是很熟悉这些！

1, I think you are still in China. So, the first thing for you is to apply for immigration. It takes a long time, maybe SEVERAL YEARS. Do so ASAP. Otherwise, it's futile to discuss something about reading as an immigrant.
