You don't need to VOW. Just go to the educational institution in which you are studying, get the appropriate form, sign the form, and mail it with your application. This form is especially for an unmarried person not living with his/her parents. Good luck !作者: burncd 时间: 2002-7-29 19:25

找officer验证复印件是true copy的时候，那个officer直接从身后拿出的这个表，让我填，填完她一签字，交给我放到申请资料里就OK了，没那么麻烦，去申请的办公室问去吧。
