You do not have to pay it. Go to Concordia Website to find the information about canceling such an insurance. Do it as soon as possible because the deadline is in Sep.(I think). But if you want to keep it for future teeth care, you still can cancel the insurance on the health part.Since every PR already have medical card to cover medical insurance, the health part of insurance in concordia is useless.Good luck!
