The apartment I am going to move in still has videotron Cable TV signal in the cable. I am wondering it has high-speed signal too. I want to buy a videotron modem to try it. I never use videotron highspeed before, I don’t know whether the userID and password will be required during installtion. Anybody can give me an idea? Is it possible to get it work? no ID or user name needed, but forget to try, every modem has a MAC address! there is no free service, call videotron if you need internet.
