标题: SAQ 有买自灌WINE
最近才知道，有MARCHE-CENTRE的SAQ 有买自灌WINE的业务，一般平均到一瓶才$5-$7

具体是这样的，店里靠墙有一排酒龙头，可以随便自由品尝，大约有一、二十种酒，分白葡萄和红葡萄酒，价格大约三十几~四十几/每6瓶(最便宜$33)，一般白葡萄贵些，店里有12只空瓶/箱($11。2)的空酒瓶，看好了哪种酒以后就可以自灌，灌好后有木塞机塞住，空瓶可退。

非常合适爱好葡萄酒的同志们

以前好像听说saint-laurent有个厂，可以自带瓶子去买酒， 4块多一瓶。但是怎么都找不到地址，请问有没有哪位知道？谢谢了

Besides SAQ, u can also "have your wine made" in VSL area, ~$3.25-$3.75. Min. 24 bottles, need to STORE WINE FOR 1 YEAR before drinking, + OTHER ISSUES. Please go to the store for details, Pur Vin Inc. - 1267 O'Brien. I don't think jun.com is looking for this.

My friend do bought the dry red wine there(some factory in St-laurent), the price is exactly same with what you said:~$3.25-$3.75.  It taste good.  the Min. order is 12 bottle. You need to bring your own bottle ,otherwise they will charge you and you need to wait one month . (I have no patient to wait one year! haha) .

With what u've said, I am sure that is the place, ~2 blocks north of Cote Vertu. Unforetunately, their policy is changed to min. 24 bottles now. If u manage to find other place(s), I would love to hear it!!

U may want to ask your friend which flavor of the ~30 choices. Happy drinking and drive responsibly!!!

To jun.com, If u like, PM me, we can share or exchange a few bottles. When u go to the store, don't forget to ask them about cleaning/DISINFECTING bottles. If it helps u, I have a few extra bottles @$0.5.

谢谢lotus8，今天去你说的地方买到散装酒了(=SAQ @ MARCHE-CENTRE)，有十几种红白葡萄酒，最便宜的$32/6 bottle,我买了$38的智利产红葡萄酒。瓶子$0.65/个，木塞两块多/12个。算下来7块多一瓶。

SAQ @ Marche Centre . . . they are supposed to change their stock soon(nothing good for me right now). If anyone goes after the holiday and see Spanish/Chilian wine for less than $9, I would appreciate info here.

Those who buy wine from supermarket, try 1 litre from SAQ, much better quality@lower prices(tax included):
1. Citra montepulciano-d'abruzzo Italie, $9.75 (Fruitier)
2. Fontana di Papa castelli-romani Italie, $10 (Smoother) ($8.5**when u buy12@Marche Centre)
3. Fontana Morella vino da tavola, $9.40 (CORSE~=strong, don't buy this if u have never tried Italian wine)

Citra montepulciano-d'abruzzo Italie, light (by Italian wine standard), fruity and smooth, regular $9.75 on sale @$8.75 till Feb 14. Definitely a good price. Those who are buying wine<$12 from supermarket right now will find this wine nice.

Free bottles, corks and "transport case"(box I assume) when u buy 12 bottles of bulk wine from March 8-11 at SAQ Depot while supply last. Wine starting 6.25 (tax included) per bottle, u can buy 1x12 OR 2 types x 6 = 12 bottles total. Coupon in todays Journal de Montreal, bottom right hand conner of page 29. Futailles is listed, not sure if promotion is available at Central Market.

I only want 3 bottles of French red, in case anyone else is interested in sharing the other 9 bottles, please post contact here or PM me. Have a nice day!

Just realised that tomorrow will be the last day of promotion. If anyone else is interested to go together, please me a Private message with your phone#, preferred time for me to call & preferred time to meet at metro. My choice of wine is really flexible. I will check PM tomorrow morning.

Warning:
- promotion is NOT available at Central Marche,
- do not buy more wine than what u can consume within 6 months on any SAQ bulk wine,
- SAQ depot at Lafontaine Tunnel is quite east, it may not worth the while to go that far,
- drink and drive responsibly.

4 litre Cabernet-sauvignon Caballero de Chile (reg. $45.75) is on sales at $27.45 (tax included) at SAQ in Central Market. Expiry date is April 06 but should still be good for a 2-3 months. There were ~10 x 12 (or 6) left around 3pm today. If u want to get it, better go FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, sell extremely fast.

从去年六月探亲来到蒙城后,见到了不少新鲜事，令人大开眼界，让我们领略了不同于中国风情的异域情调，体味到蒙城人特有的浪漫和潇洒。这不，我们随女儿女婿去买葡萄酒一事，就使我们感到新奇有趣。

都说喝点葡萄酒对身体有好处,特别是老年人。于是有一个周末,女儿女婿带我们到SAQ DEPOT专卖店去买酒。这是一座仓储式的商店，高大，宽敞，安静，没有一般超市的热闹与嘈杂。当然，这种氛围与品尝葡萄酒的情调很是吻合。如果商店再放一点轻音乐就更好了。高大的货架上放着各种品类的瓶装葡萄酒，应有尽有。不过，我们可不是来买现成的瓶装酒，而是来买散装酒的。买这种散装酒，顾客可以亲自品尝，亲自装瓶,亲自封瓶，全程亲自动手参与，兴味盎然。在中国我们可从来没有这么买过酒。

买散装葡萄酒有几道程序，需要自己动手做几件事。

首先要自己冲洗酒瓶。女婿带我们来到了水池边，池内放着冲洗器。冲洗器比较简单，就是在一块四方型的木板上整齐地排列着12根特制的空心硬塑料管。我们把带来的空酒瓶一一倒插在塑料管上，用一个塑料盒子罩住，轻按水龙头，水柱往上冲，几分钟后便把用过的空酒瓶冲洗干净了。一次可洗12只瓶子呢，又快，又方便，又干净。这样的冲洗器大概有6个。

最重要而有趣的工作便是品酒了。我们随女婿推着洗过的酒瓶往里走，抬头一看，只见高高的墙上画着几个腰鼓型的古香古色的木质大酒桶，会使人立刻联想到年代久远，醇香可口的美酒。酒桶下方排列着很多精致的小龙头。好家伙，我仔细地数了数，竟有20 个，这意味着供你选择的酒类有20种之多。每个龙头下面早已准备好了许多小纸杯，供盛酒品尝之用。旁边贴有卡片，介绍每种酒的种类，包括酒的度数，颜色，产地，香型，口感，适用于哪些下酒菜，建议饮用时的温度以及价格等等，真是详细得很。既是葡萄酒，度数一般不会太高，都是11%-12.5%之间。颜色有红，白两种。从产地看，有法国，澳大利亚，西班牙，意大利，智利等盛产葡萄酒的国家。价格从每瓶7～8——30～40加元不等。我们打开酒龙头，用小纸杯接了少许，一一品尝。我和先生尝了几种酒，觉得都有一种苦涩的味道，不象我们以前喝的都带有一点甜味。女婿是品酒的高手，他告诉我们，之所以有甜味是因为加了糖，并非纯正的葡萄酒，带点苦涩才是原汁原味呢。我们喜欢喝红葡萄酒，因此排除了白葡萄酒；喜欢味道淡一点的，因此选择了度数低一点的。

最后经过“家庭临时会议”商定，买了三种法国产的，价格适中的红葡萄酒，共买了24瓶。

经过品尝选择了要买的种类，接下来，便要自己动手将酒装入瓶中。我们把酒瓶放到龙头下面，小心翼翼地扳动龙头手柄，让酒缓缓流入瓶内。切记不要装得太满，留下大约5公分长的空隙，因为还要加盖瓶塞。虽说装多了倒出来就行，不会收你的钱，但让这芳香扑鼻的美酒白白浪费也太可惜了。

最后一道工序便是封装瓶塞。女婿买了24个软木塞，我们跟着他来到封装瓶口的机器前。他说，这种机子造型虽然简单，但是很适用。机器设计为下座和上臂两部分，下座放酒瓶，上臂放入封瓶的软木塞。

只见女婿将软木塞放入上臂的孔内，然后将上臂用力往下一按，软木塞就牢牢嵌进瓶内。在女婿示范后，我和先生，女儿都自己动手压瓶塞，在一阵“啊！呀呀！” 兴致勃勃的感叹声中，24只酒瓶一会儿都封装好了。

到此为止，买酒的全过程结束。这种买酒的方式，先试味后买酒，自己动手装瓶，封瓶，令人倍感新鲜，大呼有趣。当然，价格也较同类瓶装酒便宜许多。喜欢喝葡萄酒的朋友如果也想体味这种乐趣，不妨去这个商店看看，听说这是蒙特利尔唯一能买到散装葡萄酒的地方呢。

当然，买酒真正的最后一道工序是出门时别忘记了交钱啦！

这家店就在我家不远,岛内应该还有类似的店,我的意思是说有兴趣酿酒的朋友可以交流心得,其实应该不难的,但要买他们的瓶瓶罐罐,具体我也还没开始,但我看了最便宜的酒头32.00$就可以酿30瓶白葡萄酒,对喜爱葡萄酒的人来说是满划算的.

1.  在电话簿黄页里面, 或在网上查寻"Vin & Biere - Production, Fournitures . . . "。一分钱，一分货，不要图便宜。

2.  红/白/啤/冰酒酒头(=wine must/wine concentrate) 有太多的选择, 各个人的选择/喜爱是不同的。我不想影响任何人的选择。
3.  我去年写了很多东西, 和带人去买自酿酒。网管全删除了, 他认为我为酒商店做广告。去年我这个志愿工作者做了太多, 不会再重覆。

Supposing, there are ~2 Quebec Icewine. Limited info below, please do your own search if interested.

1.  Givrée d'Ardoise vin de glace Domaine des Cotes d'Ardoise - 375ml, $62.
(~$35 at winery, few hours drive from Montreal.  PLEASE call+check before going.)

2.  L'Orpailleur Vignoble de l'Orpailleur vin de glace - 200ml, $29.25 (Gift box with 2 wine glasses $54 @ SAQ)

3.  ~Vin de glace la Mission l'Orpailleur - I can't find this one on saq.com, not sure if it exists.

SAQ at Jean Talon market may carry them.  Please call before going, in case they don't have them.

Search for other outlets outside Montreal island at saq.com.

For those who don't drink often, u may want to consider the 4L BOX.  Vacumn packed and wine is good for few months after opening box, only problem with the last few glasses after air get inside the "vacumn bag".

Reminder:  Those who want to buy CHEAP Ice Wine便宜的假冰酒, form group to do purchase together.  Minimum 30 bottles(375ml) per batch, $3.5-6/bottle.  U can buy the so called "Ottawa/Toronto Ice Wine" in Montreal, identical stuff.

Search for "Vin & Biere - Production, Fournitures . . . " in yellow pages (telephone book).  Call store to verify that they make that before going.  Requires 6-8 weeks pre-order.  I don't sell wine, ask people at the store for any question.

浓缩葡萄汁 is 加拿大特产, as >90% of concentrates are made in Canada.  Reason:  tax on liquor are too high in Canada, hence bigger market for home wine making.

Costco sells Wine Kits from 2 manufacturers, one of them will be at Costco March 31 to April 20*:

Montreal, Qc (rue Bridge)
Pointe-Claire, Québec

Sherbrooke, Quebec
Ste-Foy, Québec

In case u see Wine Kits at other Costco, it's from the 2nd supplier(buy the cheap one and be prepared to age your wine).  Normally, they only sell equipemnt once a year, around Feb.  Nobody(Costco/manufacturers/me) knows anything for sure nor ahead of time.

=> Pros and cons for each type, your choice!  Wine making supplies is a mature industry, u get what u pay for, ~$25 to ~$250 for ingredients to make 23L of wine.

=> Do a search on this website, use above key words, I've written quite a few times.  No specific store address as web master did and will delete.
