To apply for the marks report from ETS is very simply. Find a bulletin of GRE at any university's registration office, such as Concordia or Mcgill, or go to Toefl's website, you can find the toll-free phone number, call the number and follow the instruction step by step, which requires you to pay with your credit card, you can authorize ETS to submit your GRE marks to the university in 3 working days. This is the fasteast way, but also the most expensive way, I have a rough memory, about 25 US dollars for one report.
Or you can fax a form to ETS, which is provided on the GRE bulletin for marks report too. It is much cheaper, only 15 US dollars around.
