标题: 市长选举!
印象最深是谭保利刚当选那年,每家发100块'红包'.我当时刚来,太开心了.但到了现在回想过去,就觉得这为市长好像再没有干些令人振奋的事,选举当前,真不知投谁好,按道理应该换一下人,但又怕换个更差的. :confused: TMD,行使民主权利也会这么头痛!:confused:

他到过中国很多次.植物园里的中国院,就是他力主修建的.

此外,今年夏天,他还以个人名义,出钱帮助了有困难的中国朋友.

他不是一个虚伪的政客. 是一个可爱的人.

AM I ENTITLED TO VOTE?

To vote, you must be domiciled in the territory of Montréal, appear on the list of electors and meet the following conditions :

  Be 18 years of age or older as of November 6, 2005 ;
  Have been a Canadian citizen since September 1, 2005 ;
  Have been domiciled in Montréal since September 1, 2005 ;
  Have been domiciled in the province of Quebec since March 1 2005 ;
  Not be under curatorship.

If you are not domiciled in Montréal, you can still vote if you have met at least one of the following conditions since September 1, 2004 :
  Sole owner of an immovable located in Montréal;
  Sole occupant of a business establishment located in Montréal;
  Undivided co-owner of an immovable or the co-occupant of a business stablishment located in Montréal, if you have been designated by a majority of co- owners or co-occupants, as the case may be under a power of attorney filed with the returning officer.

You must also meet the following conditions :
  Be at least 18 years of age;
  Be a Canadian citizen.

You must file a written application for entry with the returning officer.
