标题: 楼下房顶漏水，房东要我赔偿，这有道理吗？
我是2005年7月入住的，住在三楼，今天房东找我说楼下漏水了，我听了就和他到了楼下看了一下，果然，二楼和一楼的的卫生间在滴水，房东说这是由于我使用洗衣机造成的，要赔偿一切的损失，因为lease上规定不能用洗衣机，还要到房屋租赁委员会告我们？我想请教各位大侠，这钱我该赔吗？

Check your lease first,

if there's a condition saying you can't use wash machine, so you should not use your wash machine,

if there's nothing about washing machine in your lease, so you could use it.
