Besides 拉米苏, what else do u guys use the cheese for? A bit too expensive. Anyone tried mixing in Ricotta Cheese, also a light cheese, not as smooth as Mascarpone.

I don't like the taste of Cream Cheese, I normally mix some Ricotta in my cheese cake. Sometimes use Cottage Cheese (decrease smoothness of cake), depending on what I have in my fridge.

tiramisu做得好吃不好吃，真是天差地别。pagel面包糕饼店的tiramisu就是天堂，另有个比较有名的吃海鲜的西餐馆，它的tiramisu就是地狱。
