标题: 请问大家可以报回多少税
请问一下，最简单的情况：夫妻两个，没有小孩，一个人工作，税前收入5万。你们能报回多少，联邦多还是魁省多？我想每个月公司自动扣的税应该都差不多吧，应该是1200左右吧。

我跟你收入一样，但有个孩子。根据新的报税规则，这种情况（老婆没收入）有没有小孩是一样的。（孩子就多牛奶金）。今天我自己刚报完（手动报的）。我去年3月份才开始工作，没有RRSP额度。最后结果，联邦和魁省一共应交了9940$的税。公司扣了我12000$的税，所以要退给我近2000$。不知道对不对。你有兴趣的话可以跟我联系6028866。

You did not calculate medical insurence. I think you can get refound $3000.

你是说我吧？请问哪一行是medical insurence ?对于medical expense我是没有的（没看过病）。我是公司给买的保险,属于group plan。请指教，谢谢

I really hope that Quebecer is right so that I could get an extra 2000 dollar back(last year and this year)......But, after reading it one more time, if Quebecer means the Tax credit for medical expenses(schedule B), I am not eligible....This is only for family with a income less than 33K.....

Please correct me if I am wrong.

i also think quebecer is wrong.

（保险费+医疗支出）中超过收入3%的部分才可以抵税！

the private medical insurance paid by your company, if shown on your T4 or RL-1, it is part of the medical expanse. Make sure you have include that part. At least that is my case

I also have an amount about $1500 in T4( box J) form as private medical insurance. But can you tell me where should I put this amount? In Federal or Quebec tax return?

I think it is not schedule B?

在魁省medical expense 里（仔细看guide)，但即使加上这1589 （我的box J),也没什么用，因为收入超过了42,000$。

医疗保险费(既box J)-(家庭收入-28800)*3%

放到381行！

医疗保险费(既box J)-家庭收入*3%
