However, with repect to real shipping rate, they have a minimal density charge. That means if your shipping box is not heavy enough, they will charge you as they are heavy. In other words, they will charge you more money than you should pay.
When your shipping boxes are heavy enough, they charge you the real weight of your box. They never lose money. They are cheaters based in Montreal. :cool:
The most terrible parts are:
1) When anything wrong occurs after the shipping, their maximum responsibility is only 50USD. It is written clearly on the back of their invoice, which will provide you when you pay them in cash. :wink:
2) They will not help you to solve any issues, this is just because they are a partner from the UPS. They get some kind relationships with UPS. :confused:
3) All their shipping, in fact, is provided from UPS. :p
4) The boss, Karen XXXXX, will let you know that they are a partner of UPS in order to assure you for a cheaper/better service from them. :confused:
Don't let me know that you get into trouble with them. I knew that Mr. Bruce had left this company long long time ago for some secret reasons. :eek: :confused:
