本人已经体检,正等LP.
想把移民进程专列个贴子,希望有朋友可以跟贴.
交表到FILE NO: 本人是3个月
FN到体检: 8个月.

I was told that I did not need interview, I directly received Health exam from at last Nov. So far, still waiting!!. I guess this year in Sep or Oct, Maybe get response. if you have news, please let us know, So do I.

i read your bbs several months ago. still waiting,right? :-)
As i know, maybe you can get your LP inform in this summer or earlier.
there are several friends got thier visa 6 -7 months after medical exam(FED Imm CASE)
wish you get it soon.

本人案子时间如下：
2002.9.--面官；2002.12--FN
至今没有体检通知。不知是否正常！有没有其他原因？我以前的朋友都是面官后6个月左右拿VISA的。我都等疯了！希望给点信息！谢谢！

2001.11 同时受到FN和ME
现在等待LP中

看到前面有朋友说ME后6,7个月拿LP, 那我是不是有希望了. 已经等了快5个月了, 都快风了.

慢慢等吧,其实大家等待的心情都是一样的.
特别是联邦的CASE...

这里几个朋友的状态都差不多,就是ME后.大家相互通个信,或许时间就过得快些.

我已经'风'过一次了.所以'等'得很麻木了...呵呵.

为什么现在LP这么慢?以下是我的个人分析.
1大气候.
美国的911,移民新法和就业压力使移民问题成为焦点.要什么样的移民,如何促进经济发展,是移民局不得不考虑的.
2.移民官.
前一段,移民新法实施,引起各方重视.越重视,他们的效率越低.
2002/6月28前后,移民官进行培训领会移民法,很多服务取消.最近又是夏季,他们的长假,几乎所有的移民手续要被拖后很长一段.还有最重要的一点,就是移民官员的人手根本不够.他们很少加人突击处理移民案例.
3. 移民
移民申请的数量本身没有减少,总有各种各样的人提交申请.难民照样有.
4. 面试的多了,背景调查的人多了,也影响LP进程.

I got a letter from Buffalo asking me my working or study experience during a period which I did not specify on the application form. They need it for background checking. However, during that period, I just applied for visa and stayed at home.

Anybody knows whether I should get a certificate from China stating I was unemployed or just write a letter by myself to Buffalo saying that I was unemployed at that time?

个人建议你:
1如果拿不出合同的,你可以直接告诉他们你没有工作合同,没有必要做假.但可以找个人给你写封推荐证明信,最好是部门主管.
2.如果待业,你就直讲..他们这里不是也常被LAY-OFF嘛.

I am applying for federal.
I submitted application to Buffalo in Sept. 2001;
Medical exam done in Oct. 2002.

To be frank, I made no faked info in my application package. And I don't want to make any. That's not my way of life. I think we should handle our lives in a proper way and be honest is always the basic quality of a ordinary person.

帮你问了, 律师说你最好作公证. 不管你那段时间干什么, 实话实说就行, 不是大问题. 只是你的背景时间要连贯, 不能有间断.

这就好啊.就是怕你一着急想着做假. ---本人是极其痛恨做假的.(有多少移民做假而影响到后来移民申请人的进程的!!!!SHAME ON THEM!)
所以我给你的建议就是实话实说,不用担心移民官查.有工作的就是找原来的部门主管赶紧写封信证明一下.我个人认为不用做公证!

I just sent a letter to Buffalo saying I was unemployed during that period. Anyway, I don't know how to get a certificate letter from China.

It is also very important for all Chinese to be honest to win our dignity.

BTW, I did not get the receipt for landing fee which I paid with my additional docs after medical exam.
