i don't think you need to submit any application for that. when you land, your data will be automatically recorded by the system, and then you will get refunded later.作者: Garu 时间: 2006-9-3 13:38
不用申请，政府会把支票寄给你。那个关于refund的条目中说的很清楚，耐心等把，不会太快的。
