拿到CSQ时候, 移民官给了个 IMM0008 表(法文版application for permanent residence in canada), 上面有个时间戳, 一定要用这个表吗? 那我不是要用手填? 不能用网上下载的英文版吗?

You don't have to use the forms that they gave you. All application forms can be downloaded online and it's more convenient to use.
