准备本周末去，请问
1. 鸟是否很多，是否值得一去
2. 是否傍晚鸟比较多？
3. 这个公园有多大，值得玩多少时间？

this week i just went to nord and east , to watch the maple, this week may be can go to watch the birds....

i think should be very interesting, i would like to have some more informations too.

多谢回贴。
不过我自己也是功略派，网站什么的都研究过了。只是根据个人经验，许多官方介绍都和亲身体验有出入。

继续寻求去过的人回答以上问题。

Sure we can go together and share the expenses.
However my preferred schedule depends on this fact - if it is best to watch the birds at dusk. If the answer is yes, I would like to stay there until dusk, say 6:30pm, which means it could be as late as 10:30pm to get back to Montreal.

In any case, since it takes almost 8 hours for a round trip, I will try to be there (bird-watching, hiking in nearby places, sight-seeing, up for discussion) as long as possible to maximize the "time investment return". Tentatively an overnight B&B stay also sounds reasonable.

1. 鸟很多，白鸭鸭一大片,但离观测点很远,需要高倍望远镜,肉眼是没什么好看的,观测站有望远镜.值不值得一去要看个人兴趣
2. 白天晚上的雪鹅应该是一样多的,它们都在岸边睡觉
3. 注意６点钟关门
4. 公园应该不小,但主要是hiking的路.观鸟４０分钟全搞定(徒步１５分钟去观测站,看１０分钟,１５分钟回来).如果不爬山就可以go home了.

建议:
1. 再去走一个trial,长短视体力而定.或
2. 去附近的峡谷转一圈, 绝对值得

我去年去三河附近看过雪鹅，就像楼上说的，停在那儿白白一大片，远看像积雪没化，一定要带望远镜，最好还有相关画册介绍不同鸟类品种，对照着看才有意思。我是白天去，看到最多同时飞腾的鸟不过几十只，听每年都去的人说，雪鹅白天睡觉，每天早晚觅食时成群结队腾空飞起遮天蔽日，还是挺壮观的。

今年我也很想去Cap Tourmente看鸟。不过没车，不知道能否搭你们的车。Thanks.

星期六决定去看鸟了，租车，现提供空位，大家share费用，不会超过1个人15。
早上8：30－9：00出发，晚上6：30离开，单程4小时左右，大约11点回到Montreal。
如果下雨则取消。
