Now,they are giving away $25 for their new members , limited time offre, 2 cards maximum per membership,which makes the membership fee as low as $15 every year as long as you could find some other willing to share it.
Photocopy allowed. You could also sign over phone(1-800-463-3783) by just using the promotion code.
I joined over phone. The benefit to sign over phone is they do not print your photo on the card. It is more covenient for you to lent your card. ;)
