别让经纪帮你找,即便是同一个验房师,也应该由你自己出面找他。
另外,十年以内房龄的condos基本没啥好验的。如果真是那个906,你则要小心一点,好好研究一下近来的维修纪录和房东会议记录。

你这么说就没法讲了 ,不如再进一步:就说如果有所得税,也是买方帮卖房付好了 。
其实,房子的价格不是卖方随意乱加的,它由市场来决定。所以卖方在找经纪的时候,非常介意经纪费的高低,因为这直接关系到卖方的利益。你的说法看似有点道理,其实呢,是属于一种诡辩。;)
