可能是你连接设置中防火墙选项打了勾，把它去掉。同时对方机器也要去掉。而且如果国内是光纤（FTTX)，这里用DSL就很难连上，我估计是电信的服务器有防火墙。我的Router就没要选什么。要注意，在安装Router时不要开启防火墙或者什么过滤功能。祝好运。作者: yaoyao123 时间: 2003-5-17 20:35

install enternet 3000. dial-up and get your own ip. done.

I followed all the steps as directed, install the MSN messenger 4.6, get a FWD number, change the MSN account setup, however, when I get to the last step, try to sign in, the computer does not recognize my user name and password, so I can not sign in, I do not know why. 我在某杂志看过，但是没有试过，大概知道原因如下
语音对话的tcp/ip端口是根据每个软件内部设定不同，比如msn用一个端口，但是icq用另外的，这些端口不是http,ftp,端口，一般路由的内部防火墙都是屏蔽掉的
所以如果要用，首先你要在路由里面打开这个端口，其次如果还不可以，又可能是internet provider封了
具体端口地址可以在网上查到
