标题: 如果在国内生BABY，如何办理入加手续？
请教，我和老公都拿到了枫叶卡，目前都在国内生活，小孩明年年初在国内出生，打算明年10月把小宝宝一起带到加拿大，请问需要什么手续，是否有朋友有类似经验？
听说小孩2岁前随母亲，是否意味着什么也不用办就可以直接带到加拿大？

why u wanna make things so complicated? just give him birth in canada cuz u and ur husband r both chinese still....

if u can give ur child a birth in a canadian hospital here, then ur child can get canadian nationality right away as well as u, but for ur husband maybe he needs to wait a little. (max 2 years? i am not sure.)

so i suggest u guys make the wise decision ASAP and good luck.:wink:

also, if u guys left canada for more than 6 months already during the past 2 years then none of u can enter canada again without visa. :frown:

so make sure ur immigration status are still ok and give ur baby birth in canada ASAP if u still cares.

申请团聚，但前提是申请人必须人在加国

所以父母肯定有一个要跟孩子分开一段时间

最好的办法还是过来生

小孩的团聚是最快的, 办我儿子的团聚从申请到拿到签证前后4个月, 还算慢的呢.

呵呵，谢谢你的回答，还想问，你和儿子分开了吗？可以在国内直接办理吗？

to sponsor your child you have to live in Canada, in another words you CAN"T apply in china

If you have green card (Permenent residence card) , still needs visa? Why? I think if you have green card you can go back at any time, as your card still vailid. Hope I can get more information, Thanks.
