可曾发现HSE的速率随时间的变化从100K~1000K变化不等？
似乎不是ADSL线路专用，好象Cable共享，可Cable的速率起码是HSE的5倍。月租费却一样。
另外，不知可否投诉Bell，为何到中国的带宽这么窄？
发动群众都到www.bell.ca上发妹儿投诉，估计人多力量大，Bell发现Complain一多，没准会多租个几G带宽供我等使用呢！

我不明白怎样算签合同？我打电话说要安装的，然后就来了人安装，没有让我签什么合同，好象签了一个什么东西，我认为是证明他安装完成的。
另外，我也有疑问，如果现在取消（一个月没到），是否需要付费？

sorry i didn't come here for days.
i canceled the BELL account last week, they don't charge me anything.i have used their service more than half a year,from one month ago, i could not enter the chinese website, or very slow.
