标题: dealer 承诺里程与carfax 所查不符。最好如何办
本人已从dealer处购入一车，有里程garantee,但好心人帮忙查的纪录与dealer 所报纪录相差巨大。

请问，carfax 上的纪录是否有法律效力前去理赔。。

情况是还在一个月的dealer garantee内

Please go to SAAQ and ask them if the mileage is the same
as CarFax. This should be free service. Ask them to give you
the paper and bring the paper to your dealer. At least you
can ask back the difference of money.

Then you can call or email consumer protection of Quebec
government. If the dealer has fraud record in government,
you can sue the dealer.
