I promised to be there 时刻与你相伴(zt)

If one day you feel like crying...

Call me.

I don't promise that I will make you laugh,

But I can cry with you.

If one day you want to run away -

Don't be afraid to call me.

I don't promise to ask you to stop...

But I can run with you.

If one day you don't want to listen to anyone...

Call me.

I promise to be there for you,

And I promise to be very quiet.

But if one day you call...

And there is no answer...

Come fast to see me,

Perhaps I need you.

The Praying Hands (zt)

The true story behind a well-known piece of art:

Back in the fifteenth century, in a tiny village near Nuremberg, lived a family with eighteen children. Eighteen! In order merely to keep food on the table for this mob, the father and head of the household, a goldsmith by profession, worked almost eighteen hours a day at his trade and any other paying chore he could find in the neighborhood. Despite their seemingly hopeless condition, two of Albrecht Durer the Elder's children had a dream. They both wanted to pursue their talent for art, but they knew full well that their father would never be financially able to send either of them to Nuremberg to study at the Academy.

After many long discussions at night in their crowded bed, the two boys finally worked out a pact. They would toss a coin. The loser would go down into the nearby mines and, with his earnings, support his brother while he attended the academy. Then, when that brother who won the toss completed his studies, in four years, he would support the other brother at the academy, either with sales of his artwork or, if necessary, also by laboring the mines.

They tossed a coin on a Sunday morning after church. Albrecht Durer won the toss and went off to Nuremberg. Albert went down into the dangerous mines and, for the next four years, financed his brother, whose work at the academy was almost an immediate sensation. Albrecht's etchings, his woodcuts, and his oils were far better than those of most of his professors, and by the time he graduated, he was beginning to earn considerable fees for his commissioned works.

When the young artist returned to his village, the Durer family held a festive dinner on their lawn to celebrate Albrecht's triumphant homecoming. After a long and memorable meal, punctuated with music and laughter, Albrecht rose from his honored position at the head of the table to drink a toast to his beloved brother for the years of sacrifice that had enabled Albrecht to fulfill his ambition. His closing words were, "And now, Albert, blessed brother of mine, now it is your turn. Now you can go to Nuremberg to pursue your dream, and I will take care of you."

All heads turned in eager expectation to the far end of the table where Albert sat, tears streaming down his pale face, shaking his lowered head from side to side while he sobbed and repeated, over and over, "No ...no ...no ...no."

Finally, Albert rose and wiped the tears from his cheeks. He glanced down the long table at the faces he loved, and then, holding his hands close to his right cheek, he said softly, "No, brother. I cannot go to Nuremberg. It is too late for me. Look... look what four years in the mines has done to my hands! The bones in every finger have been smashed at least once, and lately I have been suffering from arthritis so badly in my right hand that I cannot even hold a glass to return your toast, much less make delicate lines on parchment or canvas with a pen or a brush. No, brother ... for me it is too late."

More than 450 years have passed. By now, Albrecht Durer's hundreds of masterful portraits, pen and silver-point sketches, watercolors, charcoals, woodcuts, and copper engravings hang in every great museum, but the odds are great that you, like most people, are familiar with only one of Albrecht Durer's works. More than merely being familiar with it, you very well may have a reproduction hanging in your home or office.

One day, to pay homage to Albert for all that he had sacrificed, Albrecht Durer painstakingly drew his brother's abused hands with palms together and thin fingers stretched skyward. He called his powerful drawing simply "Hands," but the entire world almost immediately opened their hearts to his great masterpiece and renamed his tribute of love "The Praying Hands."

The next time you see a copy of that touching creation, take a second look. Let it be your reminder, if you still need one, that no one -no one ever makes it alone!

Be Happy
  Lloyd Morris

“The days that make us happy make us wise.”John Masefield

When I first read this line by England’s Poet Laureate, it startled me. What did Masefield mean? Without thinking about it much, I had always assumed that the opposite was true. But his sober assurance was arresting. I could not forget it.

Finally, I seemed to grasp his meaning and realized that here was a profound observation. The wisdom that happiness makes possible lies in clear perception, not fogged by anxiety nor dimmed by despair and boredom, and without the blind spots caused by fear.

Active happinessnot more satisfaction or contentment
often comes suddenly, like an April shower or the unfolding of a bud. Then you discover what kind of wisdom has accompanied it. The grass is greener; bird songs are sweeter; the shortcomings of your friends are more understandable and more forgivable. Happiness is like a pair of eyeglasses correcting your spiritual vision.

Nor are the insights of happiness limited to what is near around you. Unhappy, with your thoughts turned in upon your emotional woes, your vision is cut short as though by a wall. Happy, the wall crumbles.

The long vista is there for the seeing. The ground at your feet, the world about youpeople, thoughts, emotions, pressuresare now fitted into the larger scene. Everything assumes a fairer proportion. And here is the beginning of wisdom.

A Dozen Christmas Roses

Bobby was getting cold sitting out in his back yard in the snow. He didn't own boots and the thin sneakers he wore had a few holes in them. Bobby had been in his backyard for about an hour already. And he could not come up with an idea for his mother's Christmas gift. He had no money.

Ever since his father had passed away three years ago, the family of five had struggled. His mother worked nights at the hospital, but the small wage that she was earning could only be stretched so far. 。

Somehow it just wasn't fair. Here it was Christmas Eve already, and he had nothing. Wiping a tear from his eye, Bobby started to walk down to the street where the shops and stores were.

Bobby walked from shop to shop, looking into each decorated window. Everything seemed so beautiful and so out of reach. It was starting to get dark and Bobby reluctantly turned to walk home when suddenly his eyes caught the glimmer of the setting sun's rays reflecting off of something along the curb. He reached down and discovered a shiny dime. Never before has anyone felt so wealthy as Bobby felt at that moment.

As he held his new-found treasure, a warmth spread throughout his entire body and he walked into the first store he saw. His excitement quickly turned cold when the salesperson told him that he couldn't buy anything with only a dime.

He saw a flower shop and went inside to wait in line. When the shop owner asked if he could help him, Bobby presented the dime and asked if he could buy one flower for his mother's Christmas gift.

The shop owner looked at Bobby and his ten-cent offering. Then he put his hand on Bobby's shoulder and said to him, "You just wait here and I'll see what I can do for you."

The sound of the door closed as the last customer left. All alone in the shop, Bobby began to feel alone and afraid. Suddenly the shop owner came out and moved to the counter. There, before Bobby's eyes, lay twelve long stem, red roses, with leaves of green and tiny white flowers all tied together with a big silver bow. Bobby's heart sank as the owner picked them up and placed them gently into a long white box.

"That will be ten cents young man," the shop owner said reaching out his hand for the dime.

Slowly, Bobby moved his hand to give the man his dime. Could this be true? No one else would give him a thing for his dime!

Sensing the boy's reluctance, the shop owner added, "I just happened to have some roses on sale for ten cents a dozen. Would you like them?"

This time Bobby did not hesitate, and when the man placed the long box into his hands, he knew it was true. Walking out the door, he heard the shop keeper say, "Merry Christmas, son,"

As he returned inside, the shop keeper's wife walked out. "Who were you talking to back there and where are the roses you were fixing?"

Staring out the window, and blinking the tears from his own eyes, he replied, "Just a few minutes ago, a little boy came into the shop and wanted to buy a flower for his mother with one small dime. When I looked at him, I saw myself, many years ago. I too, was a poor boy with nothing to buy my mother a Christmas gift. A bearded man, whom I never knew, stopped me on the street and told me that he wanted to give me ten dollars.

"When I saw that little boy tonight, I knew what I could do for him, and I put together a dozen of my very best roses." The shop owner and his wife hugged each other tightly, and as they stepped out into the bitter cold air, they somehow didn't feel cold at all.

Officially Missing You

All I hear is raindrops
Falling on the rooftop
Oh baby tell me why'd you have to go
Cause this pain I feel
It wont go away
And today I'm officially missing you
I thought that from this heartache
I could escape
But I fronted long enough to know
There ain't no way
And today
I'm officially missing you

(Ohhhh) can't nobody do it like you
Said every little thing you do
Hey baby say
stays on my mind
And I, and I, I'm officially

All I do is lay around
Two Years full tears
From looking at your face all over ( face all over)
Just a week ago you were my baby
Now I don't even know you at all
don't know you at all
Well I wish that you would call me right now
So that I could get through to you somehow
But I guess it ain't the same baby ain't the same
and I'm, I'm officially missing you

(Ohhhh) can't nobody do it like you
Said every little thing you do
Hey baby say
stays on my mind
And I, and I, I'm officially

[Verse Two]
Well I thought I could just get over you baby
But I see that’s something I just can't do
From the way you would hold me
To the sweet things you told me
I just can't find a way
To let go of you

It official
You know that I’m missing you
oohhh Yeah yes
All I hear is raindrops
ooohhh yeah
And I’m officially missing you

You Put a Move on My Heart。 (Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group)。1995,她和Brandy, Gladys Knight和Chaka Khan一起为电影Set It Off配唱了Missing You,同样的,这首歌曲也获得了一个葛来美的提名。

两年后,Tamia转投新东家Elektra唱片公司,和Missy Elliott, Dallas Austin和Shep Crawford合作发行了她的第二张专辑A Nu Day,单曲Stranger in My House在2001年以让人吃惊的速度在排行榜上开始爬行………………

Faith

Hi, welcome to Faith Radio Online-Simply to Relax, I'm Faith. It's December, so the most of the year is now behind us. But there's a new year coming up, which will give us time to live, to love, to give, and to make our dreams come true.
What kinds of dreams will you turn to reality in your life?

Everyone - every person in this world has a Dream: a passion, a vision in their life that pulls them and urges them to move forward in life. You, my friend have this vision within you, it "whispers" to you occasionally, but in some cases it cries out.

1.Michael Angelo--

2.Chris Impellitteri---

Chris

他1988年的专辑《Stand In Line》中《Somewhere Over The Rainbow》的连续两个十四连音奏法让世界震惊,从那时开始Yngwie

3.Yngwie J. Malmsteen---

Yngwie

Yngwie

4.Paul Gilbert---

5.Fly Me to the Moon- Ibanez Guitar Clinic by Paul Gilbert
Shawn Lane(已故)---

Rusty Cooley

Shawn Lane

6.Joe Stump-------Yngwie

Yngwie

7.Rusty Cooley---

8.Buckethead--

9.John Petruccii--

10.The Great Kat---

Never Say Goodbye

MV: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkWJ61tlx5k

If I could take this moment forever.
Turn the pages of my mind. .
To another place and time. .
We would never say goodbye
. .
If I could find the words I would speak them. .

Then I wouldn’t be tongue-tied. .
When I looked into your eyes. .
We would never say goodbye. .
If I could stop the moon ever rising. .
Day would not become the night..
Wouldn’t feel this cold inside.
And we’d never say goodbye .
I wish that our dreams were frozen .
Then our hearts would not be broken .
When we let each other go... .
If I could steal this moment forever .
Paint a picture-perfect smile .
So our story stayed alive.
We would never say goodbye.

The road of life 生活之路( zt)

The lives of most men are determined by their enviroment. They accept the circumstances amid which fate has thrown them not only resignation but even with good will. They are like streetcars running contentedly on their rails and they despise the sprightly flitter that dashes in and out of the traffic and speeds so jauntily across the open country .I respect them; they are good citizens, good husbands, and good fathers, and of course somebody has to pay the taxes; but I do not find them exciting. I am fascinated by the men, few enough in all conscience , who take life in their own hands and seem to mould it in to their own liking. It may be that we have no such thing as free will, but at all events, we have the illusion of it. At a cross-road it does seem to us that we might go either to the right or to the left and ,the choice once made, it is difficult to see that the whole course of the world's history obliged us to take the turning we did.

Happiness Will Come Again

Are you aware that everything in our life always seemingly imitate each other?

The things you encountered today appeared to have happened before ,only the trivial details were somewhat different .

Take , the scene of love , for example , your lovers may have been different over the years , whereas there are many things you might also have experienced in the past .Falling in love is no more than the several specified phases . The flirtation between lovebirds is also simply about the several specifid steps. Also the quarrel between the two is nothing but for the several specified reasons . The breakup ,or failure in love , seems to bear lots of subtle resemblances to the previous one, too .

Things occur between friends , like jealousy , aloofness , diffidation, are not fresh . Haven't these sorts of things arisen between you and your friends before ? This time, the roles have been exchanged only .

It is not only the people who appear in our lives that we seemingly have known , but also our life . Say you have once hurt the one who was deeply in love with you .And one day you were hurt by the one you were deeply in love with . It was not what we call nemesis ,because there was no right or wrong about feelings between man and woman. Nor was there so called circulation. We considered startlingly that all the things before our eyes were out of nemesis ,which were merely man's life . The miscellaneous things in our life will originally imitate each other .

Love is like this , so is long or forever parting .
Happiness is like this, and so is sorrow.

To be a human will sometimes be tedious in that the things happened were too similar . To be a human will sometimes be fun, because we know happiness will come again due to similarity .

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back! Don't expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart but if it doesn't, be content it grew in yours. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone, but it takes a lifetime to forget someone. Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile.

  RING!

One day the phone rang, and the mother picked it up and said, "Hello?"

It was the girl!!! The mother started to cry and said, "You don't know? He passed away yesterday..."

The line was quiet except for the cries of the boy's mother. Later in the day, the mother went into the boy's room because she wanted to remember him. She thought she would start by looking at his clothes. So she opened the closet.

She was face to face with piles and piles and piles of unopened CDs. She was surprised to find all these CDs and she picked one up and sat down on the bed and she started to open one. Inside, there was a CD and as she took it out of the wrapper, out fell a piece of paper. The mother picked it up and started to read it. It said: Hi... I think U R really cute. Do u wanna go out with me? Love, Jocelyn.

The mother was deeply moved and opened another CD...

Again there was a piece of paper. It said: Hi... I think U R really cute. Do u wanna go out with me? Love, Jocelyn.

Love is... when you've had a huge fight but then decide to put aside your egos, hold hands and say, "I Love You." ( finished)

流浪,是一种拼搏;

守望,是一种感伤;

寻觅,是一种张扬;

欲望,是一种疾病;

Welcome to Faith Radio Online-Simply to Relax, I’m Faith. In today’s program, let’s share a few tips for being truly free.

If you are quick to take offense, then you'll be under the control of those whom you find offensive.

If you are easily angered, then your actions will be dictated by those who anger you.

If you are obsessed by what other people think, then you will be imprisoned by their thoughts.

If you yearn for easy answers and quick solutions, you'll fall prey to people who offer nothing but promises.

If you find the truth too difficult to bear, you'll be enslaved to those who tell you what you want to hear.

When you have the courage to think for yourself, the strength to accept what is, the commitment and discipline to make a difference, then you are free.

You are truly free to live with purpose, joy and fulfillment.

This is Faith at Faith Radio Online-Simply to Relax. Let your life be defined not by your reactions to what others do, say or think, but rather by your own unique vision. Raise your eyes above the pettiness and follow the path of the greatness that is within you

There You'll Be - Faith Hill - OST Pearl Harbor

when i think back on these times,
and the dreams we left behind
i'll be glad cause i was blessed to get,
to have you in my life
when i look back on these days,
i'll look and see your face
you're right there for me
in my dreams i'll always see you soar above the sky
in my heart there'll always be a place for you, for all my life
i'll keep a part of you with me,
and everywhere i am there you'll be
and everywhere i am there you'll be
well, you showed me how it feels,
to feel the sky within my reach
and i always will remember all,
the strength you gave to me
your love made me make it through, oh, i owe so much to you
you were right there for me
in my dreams i'll always see you soar above the sky
in my heart there'll always be a place for you, for all my life
i'll keep a part of you with me,
and everywhere i am there you'll be
cause i always saw in you my life, my strength
and i wanna thank you now for all the ways,
you were right there for me
you were right there for me, oh, yeah
in my dreams i'll always see you soar above the skies
in my heart there'll always be a place for you, for all my life
i'll keep a part of you with me,
and everywhere i am there you'll be

Have you ever watched kids on a merry-go-round

Or listened to the rain slapping on the ground?

Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight

Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?

You better slow down,

Don't dance so fast.

Time is short,

The music won't last.

Do you run through each day on the fly

When you ask "How are you?", do you hear the reply?

When the day is done, do you lie in your bed

With the next hundred chores running through your head?

You'd better slow down

Don't dance so fast

Time is short

The music won't last

When you run so fast to get somewhere,

You miss half the fun of getting there.

When you worry and hurry through your day,

It is like an unopened gift....

Thrown away...

You’re listening to Faith Radio Online-Simply to Relax, I’m Faith.

Life is not a race.

Do take it slower,

Hear the music

Before the song is over.

If you have known how to compose your life, you have done a great deal more

than the person who knows how to compose a book. You have done more than

the one who has taken cities and empires.
