只要把RM转换为AVI，再转成DAT或其他格式就容易多了。
比较容易使用的VCD编辑软件有Ulead的“绘声绘影”，你只要提供符合标准的AVI或者是DAT，它会自动制作标准格式的VCD。另外，如果你的内存及CPU不够强劲的话，转换是要花费相当长的时间。一般来讲，在PC上，从RM或MPEG4转换到一张VCD的话各种转换加起来需要4-10个小时，不包括分割RM或MPEG到符合VCD标准时间段的文件。作者: wang8 时间: 2002-1-6 09:29

like eversun said, it takes very long time to convert. why bother to do so? easiest way:
1) have a video card with tvout funtion
2) connect your pc to a tv
3) record it on a vcr tape
4) use powervcr ( a software provided by cyberlink) to convert a VCR tape to VCD if you really really want it on CDR.作者: tty0 时间: 2002-1-31 01:27

众位忽略了一个重要的问题--每帧的像素尺寸.
.rm通常为176 X 144
VCD为352 X 288(Mpeg1)
.mpeg为720 X 576
由此可以看出.rm格式没转成VCD的价值,如果转了,你看到是马赛克.
.mpeg格式转VCD肯定要费时费力,目前我还没发现有什么转换软件.过两天我会提供几个联接给你.作者: patrichang 时间: 2002-2-4 16:47
When you use Nero Burner, choose VCD, and then add those .mpg files into it, it will do the conversion for you, after burning, it's a standard VCD you can play by your VCD player. Be be cautious during burning, choose NTSC for the TV here. My versio of Nero Burner is 5.5.
