He looks like from Southeast Asia, probably from Philippines, dark skin, round eyes, 1.70m tall, speaking English. He bought Mise-ojeu more than $100, then asked for some cigarette. After he counted his money, he told you that he had no enough money, and had to get some money from his car. He left the tickets and the cigarette, and returned to his car.
