é: beside the right Shift
ê: first "^"then "e"= ê
è and ç are the same method as ê
i don't know which Windows version do you have, i heard that the French spelling could only be checked in Windows SP version

别误导，不用法语键盘一样可以输入法语。
é是右shift键的左边一个，
è在é上一排
ç在è上一排
à在ç上一排
êûâîô等按〔键后再按相应键

Roger,你可以试一下英文版本的Windows＋法语输入法环境，法语检查错误的功能就自动应用了，我的朋友就是这样用的，他用的英文版本的Windows 98．
用 "[" 键，方法是先按一下"["，然后在按你需要的a 或 e 等，就可以打出â ê û ô
如果先按 Shift + [ , 在按a u 等字母，就可以打出

我的也是WINDOW2000，只是是笔记本，所以键盘可能和你的不一样。
