收费好像也和房屋价格及有无银行贷款等的服务内容有关。

Michel Lippe on Henri-Bourassa, check yellowpge; between $600 - 1200, depending on house price, mortgage or not. He is a old but professional notary, work with his son, so in case if he retired, his son can follow.
I shopped around and he has the most reasonable price.
IF not, try Francine Grou, in VSL, a friend of mine tried her and she is good too.

刚由这个notary过完户，费用是1035，感觉这个老人很nice，个人推荐，名字是André Boileau.

地点在老港附近的st-Jacques街244号，suite 200. 电话(514) 874-2062
