all kinds barrier to protect the market and get tax as more as they can.so does US.do you know, last year,in vacouver,there is a trade fight between us and canada,the us try to add more tax on the soft wood,even canada refused,but, the us insist on doing that.at the end, as revenge,canada increase the tax rate for the steel which comes from US.
