脖子扭了，已经是第三次了，一次比一次严重，这回从头到肩膀都疼的不能动了，有什么良方么？

我知道有种叫“脱疼痛”的产品，英文叫acupuncture biocell。我用了效果很好。可以试试，在ebay 和网站上都有售。

最好去看一看医生，如果必要会安排你拍片或做其它检查，然后根据情况可能会让你再去看物理治疗师或整脊专家，当然若只是象落枕那样较轻微的情况就没那么麻烦了。
平常要休息好，切勿长期保持一种僵硬的姿势，常做些拉伸的运动有助于减少扭伤。

我有一种可以止痛得的贴片，这个是给癌症晚期患者用的，效果很好，要医生开处方才能买的到的，不知道你是否可以用这个止痛。

你经常扭脖子,颈椎和肩椎可能都有问题,单纯吃止痛片治标不治本,拍个片子确症后彻底治疗一下,否则还会经常扭的,试一下中医,配合一些物理治疗.

You may see a doctor, I had the same problem and it got worse in January. I went to Verdun Hospital emergency, the doctor told me to see Doctor Chan. She can speak Chinese and she is very nice. Now it hurts less and less. Doctor Chen is specialized in these sorts of problems. The phone no.: 514-766-1696, address: 5260 Verdun. Between Provigo and TD Bank. You may go the clinic to see if you can make an appointment with her. You do not need to pay if you have a Medical card.

you can take Tyleno. You don't need prescription . at most 8 tablets one day. otherwise your liver function will be damaged. .

吃“泰诺”只能暂时缓解一下疼痛，根本不解决问题。关键还是要看医生，你说没有用那说明医生不负责任，换啊，直到找到有责任心的！
顺便讲一句，感觉很多同胞缺乏或者说不注重起码的保健知识，有了疾病的症状喜欢自己乱吃药，这样很危险，而且耽误事。虽然这里也有很多医生不太认真负责，但你自己要对自己的健康负责，看医生起码让你有个基本正确的方向，而且看病时你要多提问题，和国内一样，有的医生你不问他就说的少，混日子领高薪啊 :frown:

你可以去chinatown普键中药店找那个广东中山医学院来的李医生(女). 我从去年开始看这方面的问题,大多是为了赚钱,而不是治病.而她能治病,收费也低. 我的背痛,她是一次治好.在这之前,我花了无数时间和money.
