昨天去過BELL那裏，他們叫我電話轉～～但是～～我又5知道點按～～有人教教我么～～～
他那裏有叫我上網，我上暸BELL的網～又不知道用戶名是那個～～～試過好多都不行～～～
以傢都5知道點好～～～
我去左BELL果度，他們又5比我:confused: 在他們那裏轉～繫都要我打電話～～～～:mad: 真繫好嬲啊～～～
人都去到咯～米隨便轉咯～甘都5比我入～～
點辦好啊～～～我完左這一年BELL的簽約，我就CANCEL左BELL暸～～

如果限流量还要每月50多，那还是CANCEL掉换别的计划吧。我有朋友上周谈下来34.95/月不限流量的一年计划，你可以试试。

1. Get your "b1 account number" ready. it came with your sympatico package.
2. Call 310-7873, press 2 for English, "your 10 digit telephone number" or just wait till they transfer your line to a representative.
3. Tell the representative your b1#, your name, address perhaps which is used for security and confirmation purpose.
To change a plan
4. Then you tell him you are in a limited bandwidth plan. You are always over budget because of the over usage. the last month you paid as much as 70$. You would like to upgrade it to a unlimited bandwidth.
5. Ask if there is any plan you can choose from, the price and others details (such as: the period for a contact) . Choose the best plan that suits you and ask him to send you a contact via email and you will send him a confirmation by following the instructions in the email.
6. Ask for the reference number and the agent ID for future reference.
7. Say bye and hang up the phone
To cancel a plan
4. If you terminate your contact before it is due, there is a penalty. Make sure you are willing to pay before you cancel it. Tell the representative you want to cancel your account.
5. Tell him/her the date you want it cancelled or to be effective asap. It takes 30days to process so you still need to pay one extra month. Or you can call a month ago before your contact ends.
6. Ask for the reference number and the agent ID for future reference.
