请问告房东，用挂号信送诉状，房东不去拿怎么办？

只用寄挂号信的收条但没有房东的签收，在RENTAL BOARD开庭时房东不出庭，我怎么证明诉状送到？

如果我证明不了，是不是告不了房东？

of course, u can always ask a huissier to send this lettre by person, but this is expensive.

a registered lettre is enough.
