我不想上免费的NETZERO之类，但不知哪家ISP价格便宜，服务又好？（拨号上网）

I am using unlimited plan of Netzero,about $16(tax includ)per month,pay by month.
I think it's the cheapest ISP?

I'm using Bell telephone line. Will I be charged extra call fees by Bell when I dial Netzero to access the internet?

You don't need to care about Bell's telephone fee. Because they charge you just 1 time per month.
besides, bell's ADSL doesn't need your telephone line. you can use your phone when you online.

Bell Sympatico now has a promotion for their hight speed service, it's about $25/month(modem included), and there is no contract for this package, you could call them for details.
