The  美食美味 board is getting hot. Is it due to the weather or becuase we all love food?
Dont let it cool down. Even now I serve you the strawberry mousse (final touch is not ready yet) and the Strawberry milk shake.

滑蛋蝦仁 Green onion fried egg with shrimp :

shrimp season with salt and corn starch for half hour, rinse
Egg season with salt, sugar and seasame oil

Panfry shirmp, add egg and green onion.

醉雞 Drunken Chicken: $1.69/lb loblaws.
Season chicken with salt and sugar for half hour
Steam 15 minutes.
Immerse chicken with wine you prefer overnight.
Reheat before serve

Mango filled Dumpling 芒果糯米糍

材料 Ingredients  prefer
1, 糯米粉glutinous rice flour /sweet rice flour 140g
2. 粘米粉rice flour 15g
3. 芒果油     1茶匙
4. 鮮芒果mango    1 個
5. 糖sugar         75g
6. 油Oil         15mL
7. 水Water or  ( 水+糖+油 )         1  1/2 cup

做法 Method
1. 糯米粉、粘米粉,籂過備用。Mix and Stift the flour
2. 將水、糖、油煮熱,然後慢慢放入(1) 的粉內,再加入芒果油攪勻。B
3. 將 (2) 放入微波爐焗3分鐘,然後取出攪勻再入焗2分鐘,再取出攪勻至透明。
4. 冷却後可入雪櫃,隔日取出包芒果肉及走棷絲 (放在椰絲上轆滿椰絲為止)。
*如果用棷汁,水份要多些 *

Season with salt and pepper
Panfry with green onion and ginger.
Add some chicken broth cook until dry.

Panfry celeri, carrot, onion until onion become transparent.
Add Napa, fish and chicken broth until boil.

Tempura : Shrimp, vegetables

Batter: 1 egg, 2 cups cold water, 2 cups flour.

Deep fried once and drain.
Heat oil again and fried once more to ensure crispy.

4oz熱水
4.5 tsp白沙糖
4oz牛奶(可用低/高脂,我用了2%)
4oz淡奶(花奶)
少數滴白醋

Puff pastry Apple pie - This is very very simple.

One pack ready-made puff pastry
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 apples

Preheat oven to 220°C.
Roll out pastry and with a 1.5cm border all round.
Refrigerate pastry for 10 mins.
slice apples
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sugar on the pastry.
Pat the apple slices dry and arrange in rows on the pastry.
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake for 20 – 25 mins.

Serve with ice-cream or honey.

I will not cook in the coming 2 months. Wish you all a happy summer cooking.
The 1st patch sausage buns was almost burnt because I was chatting and forgot the time :frown: . Haha you should never do the same thing .
