If it is me . . . .
There are special equipment for professional, if u only do it once in a while . . .
Get the piping bag and "tubes"(star/? shape). . the one that they sell for piping cream on cake for decoration. Just hold the 肠衣 at the tube. Believe Dollar store sell them.
If u are making big quantity and have a funnel at home, put funnel through a plastic bag, dump the meat mixture into the bag. Put 肠衣 at end of funnel, squeeze the plastic bag, wa la!!
Call me for taste test :cool: ! (Stay away from ground beef, they are still feeding cattle parts to cattles in Canada . . . Mad Cow Disease)
