标题: 收到免费杂志影响入籍吗?
几个月前我们家不知道为什么收到了几期Time的杂志.我确定家里的人没有向谁订阅过.开始还以为是促销,没有当回事,而且几周以后就没有了.
可是从那以后Time就一直给我寄帐单,还说如果不交的话要把我的名字放到National Collection Agency for Nonpayment.
我可真冤枉,不知道是谁的恶作剧这样整我们.不知道有哪位朋友有过类似经历,有什么对策没有.而且,这算不算违法啊,是不是名字放到那里去了以后入籍就会受影响?

就像这会不会影响你入籍？你怎么不想想怎么维护你的个人权利呢？既然你没有定国杂志，你就不用手她威胁，让他们把拟订过杂志的证据拿出来。如果是别人的恶作剧，你当然不用负责了。入籍很重要吗？

影响可大了，有这种情况终身不得入籍了。

我遇到过类似的情况，不同的是Times直接从我的信用卡将钱划走。我发现后就给他们发邮件，指出我并没有订阅Times杂志，要求他们将钱退还给我，并责问他们是如何知道我的信用卡信息的。我估计是因为我用AOL，所以他们得到我的信息。第二天就收到答复，不久他们就把钱退回到我的卡上。

I think you better do something before they send anything to the Collection to screw up your cridit. I don't mean to pay any thing but at least you need to contact the Times. the local idiots wanna f... up with you, you better f... back. It's like the golden rule here, F... Back.

肯定是你用AOL，装的时候问你要不要定杂志，不仔细看，一看一个月免费，要了再说，然后他们就给你不停的寄了
