标题: 有关辞职的问题 [打印本页] 作者: requiem 时间: 2007-7-27 07:57 标题: 有关辞职的问题 我现在想辞去工作，我的合同还有4个月到期。老板貌似想强迫我执行完合同。我合同上没有写辞职的条件。提前2周的通知是不是就行了？昨天和老板谈了，他一直强调我还有4个月的合同。我想如果我执行完合同，那就不是辞职了，而是合同结束不再续约了。
请问如果我强行在2-3周后走人，会有什么麻烦吗？？（我觉得最多他不给我未发的工资和在明年报税时拖延给我T4A）

You have the right to resign at any time if you do not want to continue the job.

Tell him/her it is his/her's responsibility to find someone to replace you. It is not your business.
