请问各网友，有办过委托书的吗？去哪办？多少钱？是不是要找律师？国内现急需我的委托书，一周能办好吗？

Please go to China Embassary (Ottawa). You can get that in one day. (Arrive before 10AM in the morning, then pick it up at 12AM.) the cost is CAD$110.
