However, I booked one appointment with Ottawa embassy, is this feasible? I mean, I'm a international student in Montreal, can I schedule the appointment with Ottawa embassy??? If not, what shall I do???

yes, you can ,but they may ask you why you book the interview in Ottawa. You just tell them the truth that there is no appointment slot available in Montreal.
