1. CV joint problem. if the noise is loud and sounds like kakaka when turning.
2. Minor noise when slight turing, then its bearing problem. If noise comes up when you turn right, then left bearing is faulty. If noise comes you when turning left, it is right bearing fault.

CV stands for Constant Velocity, is can be called Wan Xiang Jie in Chinese. You can ask garage to check it. They can do it for a road test.
