Replace the timing belt
If a car's timing belt fails, the engine won't run. Neglect your car's timing belt and you risk much more than an unexpected pit stop. The snapping of a timing belt could severely damage your car's engine.
And you won't know a timing belt is about to break until it snaps and leaves you stranded on the side of the road.
With timing belts there's no warning, it just goes.If it breaks it could cost you well over $1,000.

In my opinion,I suggest you'd better go to garage such as Canadian Tire or your car's brand Dealer ,and ask mechanic to check your car carefully, especially for timing belt.作者: mmi 时间: 2004-1-5 17:40

据我所知检查timing belt和换timeing belt 的差价不大，因为timing belt 本身只值几十元，而拆下所需的时间比较长。
