本人计划08年春节后登陆蒙城，在移民前特拜一位有20多年做面包、西饼、蛋糕的师傅学艺，从每一种糕点的配方到每一步的制作工序开始学习，现在已学成出师，发几张照片，有需要请面包师的朋友欢迎和我联系，联系方式hvieuxreve@hotmail.com

It is easy to find a labour job with baking knowledge, even without. There are a few backery factories in town, u need to have a car, I believe u need to speak few words of French. However with the high Canadian currency, if those factories export, good chance they will start to cut people.

As for starting business, work for a while before u make your decision.

和厨师一样，很难找工作的。找到了，工资很底的。(而且很多是私人企业，没有活会叫你立即走人的) 而且如果烤面包，温度一般在40~50度的环境中工作。
