标题: BELL 是流氓,大家要小心
作为多年的老客户,我是深有体会,特别是HIGH SPEED的sympatical,完全是个无赖。据我观察,他们利用空口无凭,口头协议的空子,随意篡改歪曲用户意图,讹诈钱款。你只要上钩,它先要你信用卡号,从那一刻起,你就被他牵着鼻子了,它那边大笔一挥,你帐上的钱就源源不断流进他的无底洞。你气愤,打电话申诉,先让你线上等半天听广告不说,好容易接上了,一看说理说不过,立马挂了,想跟manager通话,更加没门。你怎么办?再打?或者上法庭?为区区几百块?你有时间耗吗?特别是你我这些为生活还忙不过来的?于是,最终结果是大家忍气吞声,BELL躲在黑暗的角落边数钱边发出阵阵淫笑。这些都是过来人的教训,今天给有缘人看,信的像我这样立马与之短绝一切关系,不信的请继续做它的客户,只是希望你在某一天受伤后能想起我说的这些,也算不枉我花时间打这篇东西了。

All business in Montreal are kind of cheating their customers. Maybe not only in Montreal but in Quebec as a province. People from other province will have most impression about this I believe. I do have this impression, so did my colleague.

开户时最好的办法是告诉信用卡号码之后立即给银行去电话挂失,一般一周免费新卡就邮寄来了。以后用支票交钱。

同志们,用cogeco好了,我用了1年多,一点问题都没有,服务态度很好。我用的是high speed的,说是60G的流量限制,但我从来没有超过,我可是用的很大,一直都很好,也没有出现过什么乱收费的问题,大家可以参考一下

同志们,用cogeco好了,我用了1年多,一点问题都没有,服务态度很好。我用的是high speed的,说是60G的流量限制,但我从来没有超过,我可是用的很大,一直都很好,也没有出现过什么乱收费的问题,大家可以参考一下

I knew ur problem in the other post, the following is what I suggest:

1. Dial to them when you r free. It's better to ask the agent to transfer to the manager. Then,blame their faults that troubling u.Emphasized that u've moved, show ur confirmation NO. of concelling service. Ask for returning the fee u r charged unfairly. Last, ask them to give u a solution, the confirmation NO, the agent's name, ID.

2. Dial again after some days, to agent and to the technology support to make sure the service has been cancelled,don't forget to get their ID.

3. Send e-mail to bell, repeat what u said in the phone and what troubled u due to their service, ask for compensation。

Do all the actions above in ur spare time, don't be sick of repeat. Hope good luck!
