标题: 请教parking牌
最近马路停车指示牌显示“一个禁止标志，下面写每周1、3、5，时间早上8点-下午5点，然后是法文sauf avis contraire”，我以为是每周1、3、5不能停车，但是很多人都停车，不像以前每周一天禁止停车，马路上就几乎没有车。

请热心人告知这个标志是什么意思，谢谢。

应该就是这些个时段禁停。谁停谁等着交罚单吧。

现在是马路一边写1、3、5，另一边写2、4、6，每天两边都停满车，在11月15日以前是每周有一天不能停，不能停车的时候，老外都很自觉地把车挪到另一边，我觉得可能还是我们没理解

禁停标志下面的sauf avis contraire很重要，它翻译成英文是Unless，是除非的意思。就是说，上面列的时间是可以停车的，除了上面所列时间以外是不可以停的。

let me give you a possible explanation (it's truth for the area where i live)
Is there a phone number on the board?

In summer, the time period forbiding for parking is for street cleaning, so it should be strickly respected.
In winter, the time peroid forbiding for parking is for snow removal. If there is no plan for snow removal on that day, you can park car there.

How do you know if there is a snow removal? call the phone number.
