什么叫失业保险啊,就是没工作了才有可能去申请的,是种社会保障机制,不是社会福利,你现在是有工作,自己想辞职,你自己想是否可能啊;)

多谢。
但有一个问题,跳槽,要先把现在的工作辞了才行。但辞职是不能作为理由申请的。所以辞职的话,以前的工作时间(小时数)就没用了,要到新单位从头算起。是这样吗?

2) 不可自己辞职.是不可能有失业保险社会福利.

1,申请ei是960个小时,累计工作时间,累计!!!
2,申请ei的理由一定是合情合理的,我有朋友也是自己辞职的,但是理由充分,ei办公室接受了,一样拿得好好的。关键是你的理由!!!

道听途说太不可取了!你自己上ei办公室的网站搞搞清楚,打个电话问问详细,比什么都强!

还是有点不明白,自己辞职,需要什么理由才算可以申请失业保险的正当理由呢?

Psychological harassment is vexatious behaviour that manifests itself in the form of conduct, verbal comments, actions or gestures characterized by the following four criteria:

• They are repetitive*;
• They are hostile or unwanted;
• They affect the person’s dignity or psychological integrity, and
• They result in a harmful work environment.

Sexual harassment at work is also included in this definition.
