标题: 救命啊: DOWNTOWN MALL 服装店,给点建议吧!
最近看上一个在DOWNTOWN 里的服装店, 地点(LOCATION)价钱(PURCHASE PRICE)没得说--几乎相当于白送。 本来这是自己几年来一直努力寻找的生意; 但是, 真的找到了的时候,却又前怕狼后怕虎!!!本人没干过零售业生意, 心里一点谱都没有。


我的WORRY:

1,每月 $2700 DOLLAR 的租金是否算太贵了啊? (01年OPEN 的LEASE, 每2年涨 30--50)
2, 来自MALL里其它 大商场的竞争, 恐怕只会越来越大,到时我能否搞得过他们啊?

当然我也有信心: 目前西人店主, 他干了6/7年 (他自己 SET UP 的店); 他能干, 我或许也能吧?! 但是话又说回来, 自己毕竟不是他!!! 一句话, 烦烦烦!!!

为这事, 我最近是寝食不安, 连跳楼自杀的想法都有!谁能给点建议或者信息(关于租金和行情等)啊?  (我不指望靠它发财, 只是希望一年能挣个3/4万过个平平淡淡的小日子就OK)

1) Rent $2700 in downtown is very cheap though. But I don't know the eaxct location. But 1 year open lease and rent inceases 30~50% per years sounds not fair. I 'd rather have fix lease for certain years.

2) To be honest, what are you saying here sounds a bit naive. To have a success business, you need to do research for your target customers, your supplers... And do you have the confidence and taste of choosing clothing styles? A lot of things you need to think about...

Clothing business has very big risk sometimes. If you missed sesonal sale, all your merchandise will become garbage.

So do homework then you will have idea for if you can and how to run the store. Hope you succeed in your business!

Hi, summer lover, thank you so much for your advices.   BTW, the rent increase is $3--50 every two years not 3--50%.    I didnot specify it clearly.

Seems I have to give it up, considering the professional taste to the pop styles and so on.

感觉你不太适合做生意(心理素质)。

另外生意场如战场,恐怕没有平平淡淡的小日子。

谢谢你的回复。 但是, 您可能误会了。我不是想投资什么--我没那钱也没那心思;再说, 若真有钱想投资什么的话, 我有更好的投资方向; 我只是想挣点小钱养家糊口而已。

谢谢您的回复。 看来您说的很对, 我确实不适合--所以在您回复钱就决定放弃了--但愿谁(哪个中国人--个人觉得女的为好, 且要会基本法语)能把它接过来做吧。我相信它是个很好LOCATION, 租金尚可, 另有其他的A VERY UNIQUE LINE OF SERVICE(NO COMPETITION); 具体地点我就实在不好透露---我对店主有过承诺。

每月$2,700.?碰不得。沾上手,甩都甩不脱的。根据魁省法律,就算你舍下店走人,还要付房东6个月房租的。
初入门做生意,千万不要找成本高的,月月给房东打工,久了,真的想跳楼的。
另外,服装生意很活的,你的眼光决定了你在那一段的市场份额。弄不好,就得亏本。不像depanneur,卖的都是日用生活必需品,产品、价格差异很小,SB也能做,赚多赚少的差别。

ASUN 的话很实在; 已经能够决定放弃了。
