busy lately but we still need to cook right? sorry for the quality of pic coz those are taken by my cell phone.

Eggroll reseemble suishi roll:

1.One thin layer of egg sheet
2.One seaweed
3.wrap in meat or vegetable
4.cut in pieces

steamed eggplant top with minced turkey in oyster sauce

Cut eggplant in long strips
steam till soft
pan fry minced meat
add water and osyter sauce
thicken sauce with corn starch
Place on top of eggplant

this one is easy, just pan fry everything.

Pork and radish braised in Red bean curd

2 red bean curd + water + oyster sauce
chop pork and radish in large pieces
water cover pork
and cook till sauce thicken

1. Red bean cake (recipe will follow, I didnt use coconut milk i used brown sugar and water only)
2. Red bean paste wrapped in Wonton wrappers (just to use up all red bean paste left)
3. Pumpkin Glutinous rice ball with red bean paste filling (in shape of tangerine)

assorted cookies

1. Beat 100g butter with 75g icing sugar till creamy
2. add one beaten egg slowly and continue to beat till smooth
3. add 150g cake flour
4. put in fridge for 30 minutes
5. shape and cut into pieces, put toppings: chocolate, sugar,almond,.....
