Leek 是韭菜? 是大葱?

法国著名的 Vichyssoise 是冷吃的，热吃的是 Potage Parmentier (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antoine-Augustin_Parmentier)
基本材料: 大葱(韭菜?)，洋葱，土豆，奶油及鸡汤制成。(puréed leeks, onions, potatoes, cream + chicken stock. )

标题: MP 的洋葱土豆汤
Learned the following from a Eastern Europeon girl I went to school with. On a cold or rainy day like today . . . . and if your fridge is as empty as mine . . . .

Fry chopped onion in oil/butter (make sure u don't brown onion)
Add peeled + chopped potato (size doesn't matter)
+water
boil for 15-30min. until potato are done
use hand blender, blend the soup till smooth. Soup should be thick, a spoon can almost stand in it.

Serve with sour cream and tons of fresh grounded pepper.

Too hot to cook! No stove required.

Just coarsely chop vegetables, add chicken stock, use hand blender, done in few seconds.

标题: 不用煮的食谱 - 越南米粉
写 Gazpacho 的时候，绝对没写错误，是 “粗砍蔬菜，加入鸡汤，用 hand blender，在几秒钟内完成。” ，做完是应该有蔬菜小粒粒的。奇怪，为什么我上传的图片看起来像番茄奶油汤 :confused: ！

又不想做饭了，想来想去，再上网找，老外的食谱就只有这个 Gazpacho 汤，沙拉，三明治和罐头鱼。明明是大白鲨的我，怎可以冒充小兔子，哪能吃饱？！

几年前，Prince Arthur 午市套餐还是$4.99/$5.99的时候，热天时几乎每天都去，Prince Arthur 变了我家食堂。现在是$8.99还是$9.99的，除了面食只有2个选择（他们的面食做得很难吃）。。。。。呜呜! 现在只剩下唐人街的外卖饭盒和包子，Verdun 的王记太远了! 真的不想吃三明治，看来我仍有个中国胃！

昨晚在电视上看到，微波炉热水，放入越南米粉浸泡10分钟，然后凉伴！（总比没有好 :cool: ）

微波炉热水，放入乌冬浸泡10分钟，干水, + salad dressing 和芝麻酱, 也不用煮.
还可以加黃瓜丝, 叉燒丝, (Tabasco) etc.

鸡wrap --用 pita 或越南春卷粉皮包黃瓜紅萝卜芹莱生菜丝 + 1 or more of
(豉油鸡/燒鸭/火肉/叉燒/salmon/豆豉Ｏ魚)丝, + salad dressing 和芝麻酱

标题: 和風沙拉酱
不好意思，麻烦你了！几个星期前，朋友说想吃中式炒面，给他做了一个，用乌冬（那天那家店特价 :cool: ），加冬菰/酱油/许多蔬菜，中国人（我）炒，就成为中式炒面啦，呵呵！

其实我不喜欢吃乌冬，还是（热）上海炒面好味！但现在看你写的，又觉得凉伴乌冬可能可以，上海炒面凉了不好吃的。日本还是韩国的冷面就算了，在我来说是完全没味道，浪费我的进食配额（有限的麻！

）。

看你写的，想到了和風沙拉酱 (Wafu Salad Dressing)，网上找到食谱了，谢谢。中国人的芝麻酱是没芝麻味的，我每次吃火锅，都超努力地东加西加，左测右试的，还是觉得以前两家庭火锅店的芝麻酱都只是没味道的棕色糊糊，不敢买芝麻酱回家（同学们不要打我 :p）。

好了，现在马上去准备空瓶子，下次访友时偷点日本米醋，喜喜！

对. 家庭火锅店的不是芝麻酱都只是没味道的棕色糊糊.
要试吓店裡买的, 不过不便宜, 我的是六必居(4刀+), 可以.
